To operate a restaurant business in Thailand with foreign shareholding ratio (Foreigner holds the majority of shares), the foreign investor is required to obtain "Foreign Business License” because this activity is listed in List Three (19) in "Foreign Business Act, B.E. 2542 (1999)”.
