The revenue officer informs that the person who continually receives money from overseas as a salary for 180 days (minimum 50,000 Baht as a monthly salary)

For extension the work permit, the officer from Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment doesn't have condition of the foreigner's salary .The condition of the salary as a condition for extension his/her visa. If the foreigner doesn't extend a visa, he/she will not be able to extend their work permit.
