On November 13, 2024, you met with Mrs. Cherdchan Arunrat, Director of One Start One Stop Investment Center from the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI)
welcomed a delegation of six officials from the Ministry and other government agencies to receive a briefing on the investment promotion measures and policies of the office. During the session, Khun Jerdchan provided an overview of investment in Thailand, the role of the Office in promoting investment, the benefits and incentives available, and introduced the industries currently being promoted. She also presented examples of countries and businesses where foreign investors have entered Thailand.
Furthermore, she explained the special measures currently being implemented, such as initiatives to enhance competitiveness, measures to support comprehensive business relocation, and incentives for investment in targeted industries.
She also promoted the overseas office located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and introduced the new Long-Term Resident (LTR) Visa to attract investors to Thailand. Additionally, she provided information on various services offered by the Office, including the One-Stop Service Center for Investment (OSOS) at Chamchuri Square and the HQ BIZ Portal, as well as various online systems.
Lastly, she highlighted the role of the Thai Entrepreneurs Development Division, which facilitates industrial linkages and serves as a business matching platform between producers and buyers, as well as being a co-organizer of the SUBCON Thailand event.
