Reference to the query regarding visa for an investment in condominium in an amount of 10 million baht, please find the suggestion from the Immigration officer in-charge as follows:

1. The applicant is require to apply for a visa of Non-Immigrant type "O" from Thai Embassy/Consulate abroad. For the Visa Application Form and all supported documents, please contact directly to Thai Embassy/Consulate that you are going to apply for the visa.

2. The applicant enters to Thailand with a visa of Non-Immigrant type "O" (temporary 3 months visa, single entry)

3. The applicant is required to contact The Immigration Bureau in the area of your condominium that you are going to stay in Thailand for doing the extension of your visa. For the Visa Extension form and all supported documents, please contact to The Immigration Bureau where you are going to process your visa extension.
